Challenge
A national building materials retailer was under significant modernization pressure. Increasing customer expectations regarding product availability and delivery speed were colliding with outdated logistics structures, inconsistent branch processes, and limited inventory transparency. The expanding product range, seasonal volatility, and the growing share of e-commerce substantially increased operational complexity. At the same time, inefficient material flows, long replenishment lead times, and unclear responsibilities led to avoidable costs and service losses. To remain competitive, the company required a comprehensive modernization of its end-to-end supply chain.
Our Approach
